Do you require a minimum order?
Yes, a minimum order of $200 is required for delivery.

Important Customer Information
New Customer Registration
At SoCal Flowers & Supplies, we support flower shops, floral designers, and event professionals by providing the freshest flowers. To start working with us, simply complete a registration form at any of our 3 locations and submit a copy of your Seller’s Permit or Business License. After registration, you’ll be assigned a sales representative who will assist you with industry pricing and finding the perfect flowers for your events. Our goal is to help your business grow and succeed.
Are We Open to the Public?
Yes! If your business isn’t licensed, you can still shop with us, but you’ll need to pay retail prices, which include sales tax. We welcome everyone to visit our locations and purchase flowers. For any questions, feel free to email or call us—we’re happy to help.
Customer Claims / Return Policy
We take pride in providing top-quality flowers, but since they’re live items, issues can occasionally arise. If you’re not satisfied with your flowers, contact us within 24 hours. Please text or email pictures of the issue to [email protected]. For after-hours claims, leave a voicemail at 818-210-3556.
For quality issues, we’ll either replace the flowers or issue a credit. Photos and a receipt are required for processing. Please ensure proper handling of your flowers once they leave our warehouse, as we cannot be responsible for mishandling or transportation-related issues. Always check your flowers before leaving the premises.
